   The price includes:
 - Rental
 - Water, gas for cooking and electricity

The price does not include:
 - Heating: fixed price of 10 € per day
 - Firewood: 60 € per stere
 - Local tourist tax
 - Rental of bedlinen, towels and teatowels: 12 € per person (optional)
 - Breakage deposit: 200 € payable on arrival

The house is available from 4 p.m. on the first day of your stay.
Don't forget to contact the owner two days before your holiday to fix a meeting for the hand-over of the keys.
Departure from the house, which will already have been cleaned and tidied by that time, normally takes place before 10 a.m. for weekly lets and generally before 4 p.m. for weekend lets (provided that the house is not rented to another client on the same day).
